    It did end up 1:1...

Miller saves Sunderland's blushes against Cork

    Cork City 1 Sunderland 1

Liam Miller saved Sunderland's blushes with a late equaliser in the Black Cats' second match of their Irish tour Turner's Cross.

Watched a bit of it last night. However, I ended up going to the Bohs v Sunderland game on sat. Sunderland look very poor up front for a PL side and I dont see them "doing a Reading" like many are suggesting.

Also Sunderland had 2 contenders for miss of the century in the 2nd half on sat.

It wasn't a great match for the eyes last night, but it was a great goal by Miller...it would have been more interesting had Cork fielded a full side...
