I'm getting tired of the same old places for lunch. Anyone recommend somewhere nice? Not necessarily cheap, just good food. In the city centre.

Hi AnfieldAura
What part of town D2 / D1 / D3 / D4 ?
Lots of places come to mind, different price ranges .... here's a couple you may / may not know:
* Diep Le Shaker, off Pembroke St
* Town Bar & Grill, Kildare St
* Peploes, St Stephens Green
* Pasta Fresca, off Grafton St - Chattam St (off Grafton St)
* The Chattam Brasserie - Chattam St (off Grafton St)
* Milanos - Dawson St
* Gotham Cafe - South Anne's St (off Grafton St)
* Powerscourt Town Centre has a few places in it, centre of floor place can be good sometimes
* Sambo etc on 1st floor of BT2's, Grafton St
* Davy Byrne's Pub, off Grafton St
Where do you usually go at the moment ?

Thanks for that list. Will check some of them out next week. I normally end up in the IFI or one of the bars for a pub lunch.

Oh yea
Must admit, Temple Bar is walking distance from my offices, but never really head down there - too lazy more than anything else, but must keep it in mind, thanks :)

For takeaway the new centra at the top of Moore st does a superb sizzling wrap, either prawn, chicken or beef, onions, peppers, shrooms, carrots, peas, spices and stirfry sauce, they cook it in a wok right before your eyes
I'm strung out on them, been getting one everyday since i first had one last week
