Tomorrow we could pick up the first and not the last trophy of the upcoming season. Will be a good test for the boys.

Anyone like to make a prediction?

1.15 i think but Tuesday's Game was meant to kick off at 1.15 and didn't start till 1.30 so i wouldn't be surprised if it's the same today.
don't know what the story is if the first Match is a draw........

I think I was reading that both matches will go to penos if they are drawing after 90min.

Suprised to see Babel starting up front ahead of Crouchy and Voronin, but thought him and Kuyt linked up well together. Good to hear that we'll get to see El Nino in action 2nd half after just getting clearence before KO.
    Still fancy a 2-1 Liverpool

    Beaten on Pens...

Should have wrapped it up in normal time. Need to take chances when they come along.

    Stevie G scored
    Kuyt scored
    Torres missed
    Benayoun missed

    Pompey win 4-2 on pens

We should have won, it was a tough encounter which will set us in good stead for the new season.

Sol Campbell was immense for Pompey today. As for the penalites rather lose this one if we won the next important shoot-out thats for sure.
