I have a laptop in work and one at home. One in work I can log in on no problem at all always. Then I go home and I log onto the one at home. I put in my username and password but dont get properly logged in. Down at the bottom of the screen where you can see who is logged on my name appears as though im logged on but not as the first name as normally happens. I also cant post and dont have access to the tickets page for private members. I'm fairly useless with computers, could it be my settings on the laptop at home, I used not have this problem? Thanks.
