I keep getting a pop up message saying 'Windows was unable to find a certificate to log you on to the network The Ring of Fire'....... The internet still works, but its a pain.

The Wireless Network icon in the system tray goes blue sometimes aswell even though full connectivity, I have to disable and enable again to get it working.

Anyone any ideas? I have NTL broadband with a wireless router.

Are you just going to google or are you going to web sites like hotmail.com ?

IE: Do you have hotmail or something like that as your home page?

****ing windows shite... I use windows for music production on a seperate pc but when you use it for the net its a nightmare. The amount of crap it needs you almost have to babysit it so it works fine. Really considering a laptop with either linux or maybe a macbook although they are expensive.

KopIrish does the Ring of Fire server have some security setup on it? One possibility if not is that you might require port forwarding to by-pass it.
