How to get the avatars to move

Hi

I think you may find it's due to the size of the file. There is a restriction on the size of files you can upload onto the site and this may be responsible for it .. it's enought to permit the image, but not the momvements.

Otherwise, sorry I don't know.

I thought the restriction was 125 kb ??

The limits are...

122880 bytes which is 120KB,Maximum Width (pixels) 80 Maximum Height 80.Once you are within these you should be fine.
