I wonder if he will ever do this for us, hes never really done it for me which is a shame when you consider what he can do.

I honestly think Harry still has the pace & skill to do what he did for Leeds with us...if he can stay injury free and play with the free spirit he did at Leeds he could do it again...

Couldn't agree more if we kept gonzalez but if he goes we have to keep em unfortunately. He has enough chances think the stretch marks he gets are from too much lazing about taking in his 60,000 a week pay packet

I think Harry has great potential and has had for the last 5 years. However some players live off reputations and potential and at 29 I dont think he will ever achieve what he was bought here for. Still in the absence of better players, he will still play a part.

I am intruiged by Rafas faith in him, and as we say, in Rafa we trust, so ......

Kewell hasnt been fit since he arrived at Anfield. With having all of last year off and getting the chance to fully recover from injury without rushing back to play games, he reckons himself that he's been feeling better than ever before. I'd say its a blessing for both him and LFC that the Asia Cup is on, it'll give him some decent competitive action aswell as sharpening him up for the beginning of the new campagne.

Now dont get me wrong, I agree with all the posts before I wrote this, I'm just being totally optimistic here and I'm praying he'll come through for us this year. He could play a major part in feeding the front men aswell as chipping in with a few goals of his own. We all know what he has done in the past, lets hope he can reproduce it this year.

A fit Harry Kewell is a great addition to any team- He needs to be the vital link this year- prove himself, earn a contract (At reduced terms) & help bring home No 19.
