Avatar not working.

    my avatar was up on my posts yesterday,21st feb,
    and yet when i post now its not,
    my avatar pic is there when i go to edit avatar,so i press save changes, then it says update failed.
    any help on this problem? thank you.

    I changed a few settings so now the avatar,siganture and PMs will only work after you have reached 30 posts.
