Sounds like a Houllier misfit. I've been over all the squads for years and 2 that spring to mind are Aliou Diarra and Carl Medjani. I'm pretty certain neither actually made an appearence for the first team. Some sort of further clue needed...
don't think he ever played a first team game. I rememeber probably the only time I read about him was when himslef and Djimi Traore were shelling out the bucks in some Liverpool lap dancing joint.
