    Great

Just our luck .... lets just hope it does not fall on one of us when they shoot it down, or that they miss etc.

So much for being a neutral country hey, I'd have thought being neutral and peace loging would have extended out to our airspace not just our land and waters. Speaking of which, I wonder is the US ship going to be in our waters, or international waters when it fires this misile ?

the chance's of it been over ireland when it's shot at is very slim. The satellite will be travelling at 5 miles per second I think so the chances of hitting it are even slimmer. One in a couple of thousand I think the odds are. I think only one country has ever successfully brought down a satellite before and that was China. The Americans have never trained for this before so I don’t think they have much of a chance. It will probably end up in the ocean anyway. then again in could land in China and start world war 3 :)

I worked in a manufacuring lab that used hydrazine before ... nasty stuff .Its a carcinogen also, although it so flamable I wonder would it explode on re-entry.

Whether they will be near Ireland or not, we can't be sure. But I doubt they will be in domestic waters. Don't forget that your claim to domestic waters only extends out a few miles from your shoreline. There's a lot more international water out there, so I'm sure they would prefer that situation.

    Eh

You might only claim a few miles off the shoreline, but I claim the entire Athlantic for Ireland mate ;) :D
