    Seen this this morning. He is out for at least 9 months probably wont ever play again.

    I think in his early days he was best player since Maradona. Sad news, I'd say he will go back to Brazil and play beach football, can not really see him being a coach

    Watch him balloon now to a huge size.. football was the only thing keeping his weight down.... (this coming from captain oil painting himself..ha)

    I got my hopes built up this morning when i saw the headline on aertel, unfortunatly it was the Ronaldo i like :mad:

    i seen an interview with him and zidane and the interviewer said afterwards that he got the impression that zidane was very content being retired and ron was in the same frame of mind already!!!!

    Terrible injury. Apparently even some of the photographers on the sideline heard the pop! Nasty.

    he never produced after the world cup in 1998 so he's been virtually non existant since

    pity as in his barcelona days he was so lethal
