Returns on US tv tonight, out around 2am our time Sky 1 - Sunday 9pm RTE 2 - Monday 10pm Iv heard there is only 8 episodes this season though
Eventually got hooked on this show half ways through the first series. Its sickening the way you could go through a whole episode and have known more at the start than at the end! Very surprising if its only 8 episodes in this series, might be no harm though. Its in danger of wearing itself really thin.
Only 8 episodes at the moment due to the writers strike. They'll be having a mid series break until it's resolved.
They are doing 3 seasons of 16 instead of 2 seasons of 24 episodes (to milk it) With the writers strike they are going to do another 8 when its over and then have another big gap to the next 16 as they apparently have the rest of the series already plotted in such a way they cant add the remaining 8 to next season. The only thing I know about this season is that they are going to start using flash forwards now all the time for Jack, Kate, Lock and Sawyer, Jack and Kate we know got off the Island but the rest is anyones guess
Only 8 episodes? Whats that all about. Long time over due, seams ages since it was last on. Can't wait for it to be back. Can't remember what happened in the last episode. Anyone remember how the last episode ended??
I've just watched the first episode. Thought it was pretty good. Typical lost though. I think they have ran with it as far as they can. Season two was pretty disastrous and season 3 was hit and miss. What grinds me most about lost was the inclusion of the "talies' ana lucia etc. Completely pointless as two of them were killed off in the same episode. Most of the flashbacks last year were completely irrelevant aswell explaining nothing new about the characters..jack hates his father... yea.. we needed two episodes to drill that home. Roll on BSG I say =p
Just seen it me self - average episode / not gonna spoil it on any one, we can talk about it on mon night.
I can't wait for the new season to start, such a frustrating show, I bet Jack will wake up in the shower, and it'll be all a dream....ha ha
I've just watched the new epicode too and as redeagle saod, it was typical lost. it will be interesting to get opinions on this one, but we'll have to wait until tuesday for that. I think there is some basis that can be extracted here however we'll wait until next week...
Thought the episode was good. So many new questions arose from it - Q. What are the Oceanic 6 ( were there only 6 survivers) Where are the rest of them Q. What was lockes dad doing in that cabin Q. If the rescuers are coming for jack and them what are they here for. Q. Why is the island calling them back, why must they go back??? Typical lost, but its great to see it on tv again
Well the Oceanic 6 is straightforward enough, 6 of them got off the island. Lockes dad, who knows, seeing how Sawyer strangled him to death last season. The aren't there for Jack, if you have seen the online trailer for the series one of the people on the ship tells Jack that 'rescuing them is not their primiary objective' what is? who knows. I presume they arent being called back by some force more like they left the rest of the gang behind and whatever they did they have serious guilt about and the cliffhanger last year with Jack telling Kate they have to go back probably took place after Jack met Hurley in the looney bin. The only good thing about Lost now, unlike series 2 and the first 6 episodes of season 3 with Jack, Kate and Sawyer locked up the producers know how the story ends and they arent winging it anymore so its a case of them finding a way to stretch it out for the next 47 episodes
new episode is pretty good. Less time on flashbacks which is pleasing. They need to keep the pace up,.
