Done it today. If you live in Northern Ireland - Ulster Bank are doing a deal that if you switch your current account to them they will give you £150.
Seems cool enough, im only 17 and I dont have any direct debits or many services depending on my bank account - it's easy money!
The only catch is that you dont get the money for 3 months and that you have to have some kind of REGULAR CREDIT going into your bank every month (e.g wages) - but this can be as little as you want!

Yes you could put £5 in every month for 3 months (but it has to be via bank transfer, cheque from another account or wages for example)

€150 for those of us South of the Boarder ...

You might want to check out the fine print with this account before moving your principal current account though ...
I've not had a chance to read it, but may not pay you interest on your current account which in the longer term, may mean it's not the best value, the overdraft rate might be much higher etc.
At the moment, I think the Hallifax Current Account is top of the best buy section in the newspapers - assuming the account suits your needs (i.e. you don't need hundreds of branches up & down the country etc)
