    We have decided to put restrictions on the PM system,from today on wards new members will need to have 30 posts before they can use the PM system.

    Noted. I got spam the other day from a newbie..No I dont wanna be a buddhist!!

    However, should exceptions be made if a newbie wished to contact a moderator in relation to supporting the Ray Kennedy Fund?
