They played worse football than Wolves imo. Totally deserve to go down and having spoken to some of their fans, they are happier going down, if it means a change of manager and some positive action from the owners.....

Would prefer Bolton to stay up rather than QPR.

Portsmouth in the making.I wonder will their owners just pocket the parachute
payment and off load the club in a year or so.
Their supporters have very little class as well.Delighted to see the back of them.

To be fair to them, they're the best club in Europe in April/May every season, if they could only have that form at the start of the season they'd be safe by Christmas.

    Feel sorry for Steve Kean.

As Kristian Walsh just tweeted they promised him Ronaldinho and they got Modeste on loan.

Are you serious? Big Sam! .. The most obnoxious, snidey fcuker around. The man who thinks he's good enough to manage Real Madrid or Barcelona! The same guy who teamed up with Alex Ferguson to have a go at our club and Manager (Rafa).

I don't really care either way about blackburn, feel for their fans but I certainly wouldn't be thinking about Fathead Allardyce.

After watching that I can safely say a few things.

    1. I'd be amazed if Pedersen didnt get a kick in the yams. At least 2 free kicks and 2 corners he took were so ridiculous I thought the Yak was going to batter him there and then.

    2. My dream of playing in the premiership is revived. If that guy Modeste can get a professional contract, theres hope for me yet. I thought I'd wait a long time to see a performance to rival the infamous Ali Dia at Southampton, and there it was tonight. The guy was absolutely muck!

(Anyone not remembering Ali, he arrived at Graeme Souness' Southampton when they received a call from "George Weah", saying his cousin was available from PSG and they should sign him....which they did. He came on as a sub, preformed like a headless chicken, got subbed and had his contract rapidly cancelled.)

Ain't that the sad truth, mate ... those horrible cnuts can never be forgiven, or forgotten for what they did to LFC

Must admit, I kinda do also. He came across as a decent, hard working bloke who was just handed too big a task, with Sweet FA resources.

Should be interesting to see if any of their players get bought up by Premier League teams - maybe Yakuba, as one ?

If the fans had put half as much effort into getting behind their team as they did in continously hounding out their scapegoat, they might have stood a chance.

That is true.Even last night when their team needed them most they were either calling for the owners to go or the manager to go.They also booed the team off at half time which is something that I will never understand. They could have saved their protests until after the final whistle given the night that was in it.

Steve Kean never had a chance because he was the owners patsy. Fans won't take too kindly to a man who says nothing while the owners are taking the club down the tubes. Those feeling sorry for him should remember thats the way a lot of other clubs fans were feeling about hodgson and us. Blackburn fans can see their club dying and for the man in charge to say nothing will be unforgivable in their eyes. For fans to have an affinity with the manager they need to feel that they're all fighting for the same thing,ie. what's best for the club and while Kean is happy to be venkys yes man purely because they're keeping him in the managers job isn't going to go down well in their eyes and I don't blame them.

I'll always have great respect for the way rafa took on the owners and nobody can ever deny that Kenny doesn't want what's best for the club. People can disagree on what's best for the club. You look at the route slur alex has taken at the mancs. He's refused to hear a word said about the glazers because he's more concerned with keeping the team successful on the pitch than the clubs long term future. He may be proved right but it's not the route I'd want the manager of my club go down. The glazers have taken a club with zero debt and put them in mountains of debt and it's not cost them a penny. And now the money the club is making from its fans is going to interst payments instead of back into the team and I'm sure the glazers have taken out plenty in the meantime. That's not right and if bacon face had of spoke up,such is his power with the fans, the glazers would probably be gone by now.

It won't be long before the Norwich scarfs are back out in castle greyskull but the glazers will take zero notice because they know the fans haven't got the stomach for it. Blackburn have gone down and it will reinforce the fans belief that the venkys have to go. They'll eventually get their club back but in the mean time they'll be the ones who pay the price for other peoples bad decisions, just like we did.

What exactly did Venky's do that makes them so despised? They didn't really sell any players did they?Personally I think the fact they sell chickens and tried to buy Ronaldinhio that has been used as a source of ridicule that they never recovered from. Their decision to sack fat sam and go down the football playing route was the right one long term imo, many of their fans agreed at the time too. May be a case of short term pain for long term gain.

Phil Jones,Chris Samba. There's 30 million. Where's it gone. And trying to buy Ronaldihno is an absolute joke. What use would he be to Blackburn in the situation they were in. Who was making the decisions to go for these players? Fans don't like their club being turned into a laughing stock. Their PR has been a disaster. Rumours going around that they didn't even know that you could be relegated from the premier league yet they've done absolutely nothing to dispel it. That's just what I can read into it. Blackburn fans are living with it day in,day out and I'm sure they've many more issues that we wouldn't be too aware of. For what it's worth I think it was a major mistake to replace fat Sam with Steve Kean and I think the only reason they did was because Kean is a puppet.

    Venky's after purchasing Blackburn.

"I am not promising that we will be a top four team but I can promise that we will try and that is what we will aim for. We are committed to improving the performance of the team and when the situation is right there will be investment" - Venky's chairman Anuradha Desai, November 19, 2010.

"We will absolutely respect the Jack Walker legacy and will be actively supporting the organisation to ensure that Blackburn Rovers remains one of the best-run clubs within the Premier League" - Desai, November 19, 2010.

"We treat the club as a family and work as a family. We want to see this club running successfully at any cost - whether the value is by time, money, expressions or feelings. I think we are going to be here for a long time and we are going to see the club be very successful with the help of the entire team. We are there to stay and serve the fans...We promise the fans that we will deliver results by hook or by crook. I would ask to kindly bear with us for some time, because the conclusion will be good" - Co-owner Venkatesh Rao, October 4, 2011.

The game is being ruined by owners like these.
