Liverpool have signed up with Fox Sports to make a fly on the wall documentary. http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/lfc-to-star-in-tv-world-first Whats peoples thoughts on this?
If only a documentary I don't see the harm ? Just hope they get it right.Seems like free PR to 100 million . Still having mixed feelings
Cant see Kenny liking it one bit,can imagine him being asked all through the summer "Is it true your after such and such a player?"or "is such and such going to be sold?" He will blow his top,and they will get what they are after. Also.. the fact that Murdoch owns Fox Sports, will rightly piss many off. Not in favour of it at all.Just my tuppence worth.
Does anyone remember the documentary they done a few season ago called LFC No heart as big. It showed Gerard Houllier doing some pre season training in Switzerland with the players and followed a couple of games into the season.
I love the tunnel cams videos and they're very popular too but you have to remember this could be groundbreaking in attracting newer fans wordwide. Especially the americans love all this shite. United were making movies and setting up club tv stations while all the other clubs were left behind trying to figure out how to market themselves. I'm looking forward to this doc.
If Ian Ayre is half as good as Gianni Paladini it will be great TV show. The producers though might need to do a refresher course on interrogation skills as Kenny does now give away anything. 'We'll tell ye when ye need to know'
Woundering about the cameras all around the memorial on saturday, when My son and myself laid a wreath and a candle there , is there a connection ?
The americans do great team sports doc's such as Hard Knocks on HBO and the Franchise on Showtime. I dont get the fact that its on Fox as bothering people. He also owns Sky Sports and Sunday Times,Sky Atlantic,do i have to not watch them either?
