Anyone planning on going to this or go last year? what's the set-up like in Kilmainham? Line-up is decent, most interested in the Sunday myself this year Weather was superb last June bank holiday, wish I went
The first night for me, More of a dancey man myself Looking forward to Leftfield and The Bloody Beetroots. 1, 2 WHOOP!! WHOOP!!
Yeah New Order on the Sunday Price structure is €50 for 1 day, €90 for 2 day and €115 for the 3 days €50 for the 1 day isn't the worst value for a full day out, that's why I'm looking at the Sunday
Can't wait for the Sunday to see New Order. Seen them down at Electric Picnic a few years back and its still one of the best gigs I was ever at. No Hooky though, real shame.
Went to this last year and had a brilliant time, great festival. Major problem with the bar on the 1st day, cooling system broke down or something and it was impossible to get a beer for hours. Didn't matter so much to us as we went to a nearby put for a couple of hours to watch Ireland v Macedonia. The second day they had fixed the problem and there were next to no queues but then they ran out of beer at about 8 and all you could get was cider. It was the 1st year of the festival though and I'm sure they'll make sure things like this dont happen this year Had a cracking weekend last year, really nice set up there and a nice crowd. Weather certainly helped too. Heading for the 3 days this year
Should be back for this. Leftfield on the Saturday and New Order on the Sunday are worth the trip from the other side of the world alone! Saw New Order a couple of months ago here - they were unreal live and saw Leftfield here last year and then as far back as homelands in 1999! Looking forward to getting back even though it's just gonna be for a few days. Paddser and Davey can get the beers in!
Ouch that's the price of a ticket... give us a shout if you're going anyway,I'm gonna decide on the day, doubt it'll sell out
Fcuking great little festival. Even the rain couldn't dampen spirits yesterday. Sacrificed Leftfield for Bloody Beetroots. And man was it worth it. They blew the roof off that tent, great show.
