Just got a phone call after bringing my young lad to see a occupational therapist
That Jack might have Dyspraxia after reading up on it today I can see a lot of similarities

Just wondering if anybody on here has it or children have it .

    Any advice welcome .

Have never heard of it Rocco to be honest but I'm almost sure we've a member or two here who are doc's or nurses so they might be able to advise if they see the thread.

2 of my sisters have it. They are in their 20’s and are quite bad at writing essays etc because of it – they will use the wrong words, poor grammar, bizarre phrasing and find it difficult to understand rules about apostrophes and stuff. Now none of this is an issue in conversation only in the written word – so basically for them at least it has impacted school/university but no impact in any social way.

BTW via some government thing I think they were able to get free laptops (to help with educational needs) so look into stuff like that

I agree it sounds similar but apparently not.

My goddaughter has it. She has improved immensely. Sport comes highly recommended. I can ask the parents what they did for treatment. There def was some support group/foundation they went to. Also i'm told is is often misdiagnosed. Best of luck with it fella
