I don't do the lotto as I just never think of it when in a shop.I was listening to the radio today and did not realize you can play online. This got me thinking of a Irishkop Lotto Syndicate, nothing big 2/3 euro a week pre paid for a month or 2. If you are interested stick your name down here,I suppose if we get at least 10 members it would be worth while.
Goodman,I was just looking at there website, you can pre pay for up to 8 draws. So if we each did a line with lotto plus it would be 1.50 a line or 16 euro for 8 draws.
My advice is you should have a watertight list of rules drawn up and agreed to by everyone before you start this Paul. We run a syndicate at work and you'd be surprised the amount of times the rules needed to be checked over the years to avoid disagreements. Think there is also a guide up on lotto.ie for running syndicates if this takes off.
I have heard a few storys like this.I think we would avoid anything like this as it will be pre paid for 8 draws. Then if you want to join for another 8 draws you pay again.
Exactly. Just pick a time and date by which point all money has to be received in advance. If you're in by the cut off point, you're in, if you're out, you're out for that batch of 8 weeks or whatever length is chosen.
