Hopefully the same team that started v Everton. We all know that when we play well as a team we can beat anyone. This should be one of them after whipping the bitters. Mon u reds.
Everyone deerves their spot after tuesday night anyway. No one deserves to miss out. Yet, i wouldnt be suprised to see one change to freshen things up. Should win again sunday lookin forward to it.
Who would you have Bellers in for, i guessing Coates for Carra but Carra is more than capable of stopping anything Stoke have up front so i hoping he retains his place..
Like when we played stoke in the league? Wasn't carra at fault for both their goals? Or was that last season.
Same team please, but anyone who comes in has no excuse for not being up for it with another Wembley visit up for grabs
Carra gave away a penalty away in the league but Coates also was at fault for the goal they scored when we won 2-1 in the LC
Coates might play because of his height. But we did play 3 centre backs against stoke at home in the league and I'm wondering will we see that again. Most will say that was a disaster but stoke had zero attacking threat although we lacked creativity that day. But with Stevie back you never know. Personally I'll be happy with the same team as the everton game.
Play same team as Tuesday. Would be nuts to drop Carroll. Hope Kenny does not go tactical with three at back. Dont want to see Charlie Adam on the pitch.
Set our team out as we want to play and let Stoke worry about how they're going to play. I don't believe in Liverpool changing our entire formation to deal with Stoke City for heavens sake! I'd go with the exact same team that played against Everton and I think that Kenny should always play the same team if they perform well, let the lads know that performances are what will keep them in the team. If someone is playing badly (Charlie Adam stand up) then they should be dropped until the person who took their place has a dip in form or injury.
I think he will go with the same team for Sunday. But we do have a game in midweek against QPR so Id be very surprised if we see the same line up in both games in the next few days regardless of the result this weekend. I'd be inclined to think we will be unchanged V Stoke but Im in no doubt that changes will be made for QPR.
Same team, Same System. Worry about the QPR game when we come to it. Carra will have no problem handling Crouch. No need to play 3 in the middle of midfield. If Gerrard/Spearing cant handle 2 out of Whelan/Whitehead/Delap/Wilson or whoever else Stoke play there then we are in trouble.
