Mods, please remove if these links are allowed on the site. Thanks.

Most posters should be well aware of the Today Fm Shave Or Dye campaign to raise money for the fight against cancer and it's back again this year. Here is some info for those unaware of the campaign. http://www.todayfm.com/sord/shaveordye2012/sord2012_about.aspx

A good few of us have decided to take the plunge and will be participating. A friend working for Today Fm told one of the organisers that we plan to do it from Vancouver and I was contacted yesterday about our event. They kindly offered to help us in any way they could and started by offering to send over t-shirts, posters and sponsorship cards. There is a vast amount of Irish currently living here and hopefully our group will increase and more people will volunteer their heads.

I will be dying mine and here is my link to donate online if anyone can spare a few pence. http://www.mycharity.ie/fundPageTemplateX.php?urlRef=vancouver
It's for a great cause and you get to see me look like a fool with my new ridiculous hair. Today fm will have photos up on their site/blog.

I'm sure many on here have seen how cancer can effect lives. Taken from the Today Fm website; "Cancer affects 1 in 3 people in Ireland. The latest data from the National Cancer Registry of Ireland indicates that there were over 29,000 new cases of cancer diagnosed in 2010 and this figure is estimated to rise to 43,000 by the year 2020".

So any suggestions for a colour? Blue is out of the question anyway! Also would you shave or dye? Is anyone else doing it?

Ha, that might be a step too far. Work would love me rocking in on a monday morning with something like that. It is all for charity though.
