Lads I need some advice here,

Basically the missus had done a weeks work with Noel Recruitment before Christmas and has worked with them before also. Now she filled out her timesheets and dropped them into them again before the holidays. To this day over 5 weeks now she has yet to be paid by them they are a complete farce with their answers back to her. First of all it was you were paid most definatly, then as it went on they tried to blame her on giving them the wrong details of her bank a/c, remember she has been paid by them before with all the same details giving, next they were saying that there payroll looks to have put it into someone else a/c as when they showed my missus the a/c numer it was a BOI a/c and she is AIB. They are now saying 5 weeks later that the bank now needs to bounce this money back before they can put her money into the correct a/c she had originally gave them in the first place. Their last excuse was only on WED that they actually cannot find her timesheets as when she left them in there was painting been done in the offices and looks like they've been mislaid.

I mean really go & Fcuk off yis shower of $hites

What I need to know is who or where can I go about reporting this to as I don't think it's a garda issue although not to sure. I feel like going into their offices and removing whatever is in there to the value of her wages that she is owed. It's now getting to the stage that they won't even return her calls as if it's all her FAULT.

Please if ever using a agency do not use Noel Recruitment at all as they seem to be one of the worst around and need to be named & shamed on this.

Any help on who to get to deal with this issue rater than banging her head against the door would be really helpful guys

    cheers,
    wertyu

We use them in work at times, the site she worked on that day should have a duplicate of her time sheet maybe that would help? If she spoke to someone on the site and asked for a copy of it

If she had a copy of that a copy of what was or wasn't lodged to the bank then the agency wouldn't have a leg to stand on, not sure if the small claims court looks after such issues

    The tallaght branch of
Noel have always been good to deal with I must say I've never had a problem. I've a good relationship with a few of them Daz if you want me to speak to any of them ?

Small claims court threat will help them find the time sheet a bit lively.

Tell them to sort it out or you'll be ringing Joe Duffy. I bet they find the time sheets then!

Cheers Gerry, know she actually has her part of the timesheets as you will know yourself that you give them one part and they keep the other. But their whole stance on it now is that they wont pay out until they get the money back from the other a/c. If I got extra money into my a/c what's the first thing anyone would do really. It's killing her that they hounded her to work with them and when she did go to their sites to do the work and long hours to they treat her like this not on at all. She had no money for Christmas nor the New Year she was in tears!

Had trouble getting money owed from an agency years ago, went to citizens advice bureau to confirm I was in the right. On this I went to the agency to confirm what Citizens Advice Bureau they still said I was wrong I asked for head office phone number so I Could get it check out properly within 2 mins there stance had completely changed. It usually some jackass not doin his job and once you ask for the boss\parent company you will find they are far more helpful. I would talk to the Citizens Advise Bureau(there in every village as far as i know) they will confirm the next steps and even print off any relevant legal doc's. If it was me I would ask for head office number and take it up with them.

I hate recruitment agencies for this reason. The gf had similar issues with them handing back their P45. Took them bloody months to send it.

Citizens advice and small claims all the way!
