alright lads looking for cheap holiday with my buds for summer 2012 to places like majorca, ayia napa, santa ponza, crete, malia etc. just wondering if ye have experience where to get the best offers and how. been scouring the internet but all i can find is non-independent sites and i just want a unbiased opinion from someone not trying to take my money. thanks

book your own flights, checking the travel between the resort you want and book your own apartment via www.holidayrentals.co.uk or www.holidaylettings.co.uk/ its much cheeper normally and the apartments are much better than the tour operators
As Pam said book your own flights and hotel seperate on either alpharooms or booking.com then look at places that are close by ie taxi fare local bus etc etc. So here are my 2cents worth Lanzarote cheap travel, good hotels & taxi is less than a €20 to get to. Puerto Rico good spot bars are all close by all year round sun and local bus is less than €3 to get there bus is across the otherside of the motorway not a bother at all. Majorca god choice also bit of a distance depending on what side of the island you are looking to go to. Tenerife again a good shout not so cheap though. Ayia Napa haven't been there in years but from what I remember OOOOOOOOOOHHHHH Ayia Napa!! good luck with where you head off to!!
Can really recommend travelrepublic.ie. Have booked apartments from this website numerous times and can't fault it. Great choices available at all resorts.
Book flights and hotels/apartments separate Ryanair and are lingus have sales on at present worth checking out. Alpha rooms.com booking.com, hotels.com or just do google search for hotels in area you want to go. Make sure you compare prices as some of the sites are dearer than others. Holiday Nights.ie make sure you put .ie in for that one or you get wtf prices. Good luck and let us know where you going.
If your not pushed about getting there direct from Ireland Ryanair have a better schedule out of stansted and much cheaper prices. Find a destination they type tin that airport first it will let you know where from england ryanair fly to it from.

go to zakynthos or Zante as it's known in England and go to Laganas. Best place I've ever been. It's a lunatic assylum. Haven't been over for a few years I'm too old now but I'd love to go back.
Been to Most of the Islands and most are all the same, expect Ibiza,where the prices are alot more of entry into nightclubs and Prices of drink etc.But its probably the best.Had a Ball in Tenerifrie and Majorca too.Its all Drink and women any way...
decided i have to pull the finger out now and book before prices go up. ya i went to a good few of them when i was younger but not being old enough to drink would make my view point of them totally different. the 3 its down to now is majorca napa or zante as someone above pointed out. will book it before the month is out
Ayia Napia will be abit more pricey than Majorca.If your going to Majorca stay away from Magluf for your own Sake.We sent a Week in Santa Posna a few years ago, and i never seen so much Vodka and red bull in my life.We used to fall out of the night club at 6.30 am and then the pub beside the night club would be opening at 7 am. Good Sports down on the Beach etc. Cool Crazy golf course too, just outside Santa Ponsa.3 Rounds of crazy Golf for something like 10 euro.Good day out.

Most of the Irish People go to Santa Ponsa.The Hint is in there.But the Biggest night club and the best , BCM'S where Calvin Harris Played every thursday night last year is in Magluf.Its only about 30 minutes away from Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is more Irish Orienated and Magluf is more British Orienated. Magluf has a reputation for Been rough and can be Quiet troublesome too.
I've been to santa ponsa and zante and I'd still go back to zante every time. Way cheaper I spent aout 800 for two weeks and drank everything i could get my hands on. They usud to give us a free bottle of vodka to get us into pubs and then shots in every bar on the way down the strip. Then we started on fish bowls. Never got home before 8. Although I did end up with no voice for about 2 months when i came home and a chest and throat infection but it was soooo worth it.
No Probs Mate.There is appartments on at the Roundabout in Santa Ponsa, which are absolutely Bonkers.Its full of young people.All my Mates stayed there,But because i booked late, i booked into a Hotel, but its the place to be if your there.Cant think of the name of the Place.Basically if you want something cheap and Party central, these are your appartments.Ill have a google about and try find the name of them.
