    Hope so. Did you ever notice how these arrests seem to be timed to coincide with something else. The anglo finance guy was arrested around the time that the State paid the anglo bondholders...

    I reckon FG are pushing hard for a conviction here to make it look like they are doing something.
    I sincerely hope Seanie, Fingelton and especially David Drumm serve min 5 years each for their hand in the corruption that took place.

    The old DPP was on the last word earlier this week or last week (not sure now) and he wouldnt say too much as he didnt want to put the current DPP underpressure but reckons things were at a final stage in the prosecution

    There you go arrested by appointment how nice. For the rest of us it would be the front door being kicked in at 5 in the morning and being dragged out in handcuffs.

    Good shout mate.

    I wonder if it's to distract the current focus from the whole abortion issue, the fact that we've to stump up a few billion to pay a Promissory Note for the Anglo mess, early in next year or something else ?
