I am in my 20's and have supported Liverpool since i was a child.

Since i can remember, our biggest problem has been the lack of ability to beat the weaker teams in the premiership. Do you's agree or disagree?

When we finished 2nd to man united under Rafa, it was the results against the lesser teams that cost us.
So far under kenny, we have drawn with 3 lesser teams at home and not played well either.
Under Houllier and Evans we had very similar problems, in that we were well able to stick it to the big boys, but not against the lesser teams as much as we should have.

It's a problem that stuck with us for years, when the hell will that change.

Or the more apt question being, why can’t we seem to grind out results against weaker teams, when, generally speaking, United, Arsenal, Chelsea, City have no problem knocking them for 4 or 5. It’s always been the case as long as I can remember as well.

I am still clinging to the hope that most of today’s players would have been young enough in the 70’s & 80’s to see LFC with a level of contempt because they were winning everything. So when the chance comes to play the mighty Liverpool as a professional, they give that extra yard to try to beat us. So all we have to do is hang around for another 10 years, and surely if the same theory applies it should be United that are on the receiving end of all the upsets.

Or maybe it’s just because we have problems getting motivated for the smaller games. Fu*ked if I know.
