    The draw was made during the summer,the fixtures draw was made about an hour ago.

    Not the worst start they could have got.Would have been nice to get Austria and Germany as part of the same trip but you can't have everything.8 points from the 1st 4 has to be the minimum requirement

    Its a tough group. Not a bad start to the campaign though but the deciding games will be Sweden at home followed by both Austria & Germany away.

    happy enough with that draw i think we could make a play-off for this group too but it wont be easy

    Will do very well to make a play off spot from this group.
    Germany clear favourites, and Sweden are very adept at qualification.

    I knew the fai would push for Germany as the 1st home game,they'll try to flog 5 game packages now,if you don't book tkts for the other 4 you won't get a tkt for Germany.
    If they do they can shove it up their hoop.

    They said previous that they wouldnt do that anymore cos it back fired big style last time, maye they will have that as an option with a few bob off but won't be the only option,

    They offer season ticket to include friendlies. I had it last year and didnt renew this year but so far being sorted with free tickets or bought them handy, being to every game so glad didnt renew

    Most of those qualifiers wont sell out

    Though round of games, dont like our run in at all. We need to beat Austria, Faroes and Kazacstan home and away and pick up draw with Sweden & Germany imo to get playoffs

    Yeah I had the season ticket last year but I didn't bother renewing this season,got a pain in me hole going to meaningless friendlies.
    The bandwagon will be out in full force for the Germany game but they'll disappear after that..

    Looking forward to that Already :D

    Hear Germany's away kit is green because Ireland was the first teams to play them after WarWorld 2 and they did this out of respect. Nice if true

    If that game is in Munich, and Oktoberfest is still on, chances are I may well make that trip. ;)

    If this draw was mad now as is normal after the Euro play offs Ireland would move up a pot into pot 2.That would have been huge and could come back to haunt us.
