Yeah I heard the rumour. Their debut album was surreal it was so good !! Serious talent but ego problems within the band. Maybe as they get older they will realise that time will pass them by so hopefully they'll get it sorted. I've no doubt they'll produce some cracking stuff again, you can't lose that talent.

This rumour goes around every couple of years! Ian and John met each other at Mani's Mothers funeral and it's all kicked off from here again. As much as I would love to see it happen I doubt they will ever reform. I really hope I'm wrong tho

That report is full of quotes from the rag by the way !! anyway I don't see the point in them reforming if they're playing live because Brown's voice is embarrassing
I'd prefer if they went into the studio and produced some new stuff..

You should really have added "in your opinion" because these tickets will be like hens teeth and every gig they do would sell out 10 times over so plenty will not agree with you.

Delighted with this, tickets for the Manchester gigs go
on sale Friday. If you want to see them I'd go to one of
these shows. I can't imagine them staying together for
    too long :(

one direction sold 12,000 tickets for the o2 in 2 minutes so thats not really a big deal that they sell tickets.

And it being an internet forum i presumed that anything anyone writes is an opinion and not a fact.

But just to clarify,In my opinion the Stone Roses are one of the most overrated bands of all time with a few good songs on a half decent album.I think the album has aged really badly apart from i wanna be adored and resurrection.

    Happy :D

    And worse they spawned Kasabian

Outstanding band with amazing tunes Raven. Think most people would suggest the same.

Be unbelievable if they got booked to headline slane or something like that.

Wouldnt like to see them in the O2.Some where better and Rockier would be much more impressive. As mentioned slane would suit them down to the ground.I really hope they dont end up at that Poxy oxegen gig in Kildare. That would be a ****ing travisety.
