The double pointers mixes it up a bit so everyone has a chance to either catch up
or go ahead, there will be a few more during the season so nothing will be decided
until the end of the season or near enough, I don't normally do too well me self
in them, but if you're not doing too well they can give you a real boost if you click,
for instance if you were lucky enough to get all 5 questions right in a double
pointer round you would pick up 15 points, 5 for the correct answers doubled to 10
plus there's a bonus of 5 points for any payer who gets all 5 questions correct
