    Me being me i bought an iphone 3gs on the spur of the moment and now realising i cant afford to have it..bought it 3 days ago for 350 but would be willing to take 50euro loss on it..any takers??

    3GS's are selling for about €220 on adverts though... unless it's brand new, then you'll get €300 easily :)

    Is there no cooling off period with the phones no?

    I am just guessing, you know the way with some things you buy you can return it within a certain number of days.

    what network? you do have a 7 day cooling off period mate which will get you out of the contract, the pohne on the other hand unless its still in the wrapper it cant be refunded because it cant be sold on

    Say you've no coverage so. I bought an O2 broadband stick last year and I had no coverage at home, brought it back no problem. Tell them they're welcome to come visit you and check the coverage themselves, tenner says they won't;)
