    great quality on the second cam, but what use would they be??

    Very useful if an accident happens,assuming you are in the right of course.

    very true.

    If you saw someone doing a crazy overtake or doing a hit and run would the cops actually take this or refuse to use it

    They would most certainly use it,all Dublin Bus vehicles are fitted with cameras and once something happens they are straight onto them to pull the video.
