3 brings out low cost smartphone plan

My other half signed up to meteor last week, 25 a month for 1gb and 200 mins + 200 texts . She got a HTC desire s for 49 euro too. I thought it was a great deal, nearly sure its 18months too. Meteor knock a river a month off the price online but if you mention that in the shop they'll give it to you there also

 

I have been with 3 for a good while now,you cant fault them at all.

 

I take it you don't use Sky GO app??? Major fault with 3. Perhaps the only one but it's a biggy. Doesn't work on 3G but fine on Wi-Fi.

 

Thinking about switching to 3. Seems like a good deal, free Iphone 4,unlimited data,350 flexi minutes and a choice of a few other things.24 month contract though so before i dive in, i was wondering if anyone had any other problems with them?

 

No problems at all, fire ahead. My Irish phone works out better value in the UK than my UK pay-as-you-go 3 phone.

tesco are doing good deals now aswell

sim only pack €16 a month with 200mins, 200 texts and 100mb download available.

Went in at lunch to sign up for the iPhone 4 on the 40 per month plan with 3 at the *******s refused me ha

Thats a very good deal.For the same price with Meteor im getting 200 minutes and Texts and 1 gig of data.

 

and one month rolling contract too, so you can chop and change when you feel like it.

 

I left O2 to go to 3 (again) a few months back to get the iPhone 4. Don't have any problems except for some reason in my house the signal isn't great (Lucan) compared to with O2. But it's okay. On the otherside, I streamed LFC v Bolton through liveonlinefooty over 3G at a wedding up in the mountains in Wicklow no bother - that was awesome

Are Three using the Vodafone network or do they have their own network?

ive been with most of the networks but always go back to vodafone, 3 are good but alot of calls been cut off, never had a problem with vodafone, cost a bit more but well worth it, im waiting till the end of the month to get my new plan, 65 which will be cut to 60 for 500min and 500 text and free internet and i hope free i phone 5, thats what i was told
