Only got 2 yes. Do like to put on a good few bets at the weekend, but not massive amounts. Few years ago might have been up around 6 or 7 but cut out loads of stupid bets that were mainly out of boredom. Keep a spreadsheet of every bet since Jan 2010 to keep track and so far this year up a nice bit. Small loss last year but most of that was early in year before I got sense. John Duggan and Conor lynches books changed the way I looked at gambling.

Several yesses worryingly but I expected I would have. I am tgrying to be a bit more selective now, not rushing in to back in a race I haven't even looked at etc. Not chasing losses. It does work.

I reckon horses are impossible to win on if you back in every race. The whole secret is backing when you have some good information or a really strong fancy and leave it at that.

I tend to do well with golf, NFL and soccer. Odds are not as stacked against you as horses. Trying to stay away though is hard.
