Just got my block booking form for these 2 friendlies (6th Feb & 24 May). I will of course be going to them but I was just thinking what would be my ideal situation before the Feb game.....World class (or at least class) manager, Dunne as Captain, Ireland players really committed to playing for their country and a win on the night Is that really too much to ask?
Soon enough i should think, and they will sell as quick...let's just hope stephen Ireland has got his act together...his personality aside, he is pure class and a must against Brazil...
I'm guessing March 26th will be an away friendly then? Strange how they didn't announce a home friendly for March 26th seeing as the FAI are keen to fill the coffers that were left bare from failure to head to the Alps next summer.
I'd be thinking the general sale will be happening sometime around mid January. The premium seating is going to be allocated around the 2nd week of January, so once thats done they'll know exactly how many seats they'll have for general sale. AFAIK, anyone who went to the FAI Cup final a couple of weeks ago is entitled to a ticket for the Brazil game, so if anyone has or knows someone with a stub it might be worth looking into.
