When I log in at the homepage this comes up:

LFC-RONEY, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

It lets me log in and go to www.irishkop.com/forums, but not the homepage, anyway to fix this?

I think it's because you're from Armagh.

This happened before when Armagh beat Dublin all Nordies were automatically locked out!

Unfortunately I don't know the real answer to your question. Hopefully one of the mods can help you out with the issue you're having!

Thats back when Armagh were a good side. I didnt know irishkop had even been invented that far back!

Just an add on question to that. Being a night owl I tend to be around a lot in the wee hours. A lot of nights shortly after 1am if I try reply to anything I seem to get into an endless loop of the page attempting to refresh complete with my reply only to have it bomb out. Then I cant reload the Irish Kop pages for a few minutes, and when it does....no reply posted.
Is there some backing up going on or something? Just to know so I can avoid it if there is...as you may have noticed I tend to jabber a lot in my posts (and RL too it must be said) and losing a post is a pain.

I'm not usually up at that time myself except for the Super Bowl but it even has it's own thread.

dont have a clue mate, tho i lost a post late last night, a long one bout my thought on the aquaman situation, then when i went to post up came database error so it didnt post, & it took me forever to type it cuz i did it on the PS3 browser with no keyboard, was raging!!

Ya,seems to be sorted, for the first time since i have joined i can now log in direct to the homepage.

You had permissions blocked for "http://www.irishkop.com/index.php" I think?

Sorted now anyway :)
