Unfortunitely it's different for every e-mail system.

Do you know, what e-mail system you are using ? .... for example, is it Internet based where you go on the internet, then go to mail.com or Ireland.com etc to log in, or just open Microsoft Outlook ?

Just been researching around to see can we grow the site. I suppose everyone has heard about the Irish Gooner who has been awarded some big award in America. ArseBlog is the name of it, just thinking guys is there a way to enhance IrishKop, I know this guys site is only a blog but done via vbulletin as well.

I was wondering whether you have thought of inviting some adds on the site to generate some revenue for the supporters club (server costs even though i know it's not much but you know what i'm saying)...when i say inviting, i'm sure if you get in touch with a few companies. they always budget for some advertising...just an idea anyway

We've discussed this a bit in the past and will probably look at it again in the future as the cost of running the site increases. At the moment, we've only one sponsor (who covers all our running costs) ... Dub13 ;)

Dub13 is working on a new Homepage, which in time will be the landing page when everyone types in www.IrishKop.com

I think the page will include links to this forum, a blog, a link exchange page and probably other relevant websites etc.

Not entirely sure what the timeframe is, but no doubt it will be worth the wait when we all see it :)

We don't need adds at the moment as the cost is not huge to run this site a bit of a layout at the start then a small monthly fee for hosting.We may in the future need adds if the site gets huge but this is a good bit down the line if at all,I am trying to stay away from getting any income for the site as this goes against the ethos of why we set it up.But our hands may be forced down the line but I cant see this happening for some time if ever.

We do have a plan for a home page etc but this is for the medium term as we will need to be getting a lot more hits to justify the extra work involved.
