Just wondering if it's possible to watch movies online using Eircom.I know that they don't let you download movies but is it possible to stream them? If so what are the best sites?
Greatstufftv seems to gave alot of pop ups etc while the other one is down.Graboid looks interesting.Any other recommendations?
This is the best one by a mile for streaming. Tells you the quality of each link as well so you don't spend ages clicking in and out looking for a decent one.
If there were sites around like that when I was 18 and doing shag all I would never have got a job, they're all a bit shite quality wise though aren't they ?? I'd rather go to the cinema than watch some of that muck of somebody's camcorder in a Latvian cinema. I've been on Veetle a few times and the movies aren't brand new but the quality and audio is perfect for the older movies.
Aye, well most sites have the stars system but they tell you as well on this if they are DVD standard or not, they'd be the only ones id watch. Hook the laptop up to the tv with a hdmi cable and it's perfect.
I'd be like you and would rather pay the money to watch a movie properly in the cinema than watch the head of some lad eating crisps watching some blurry blob. Most of the movies that are still in theatres are dodgy on them sites alright except for around Awards Season, when all the movies that are being considered for awards end up on them and are DVD quality. Apparently alot of the DVD copies of these which are destined for the awards commitees get nicked. Anyway, anything that's released on DvD here or in the states will be on LetMeWatchThis.com and is of the same quality as a DVD. I haven't rented a DvD in about 2 years
