    Hi lads n lassies.

    Theres a good hefty bunch of us off this site running a league on X-pert11 online manager game. Myself, Richielfc, RobbieC, Windhover, Mascheriano, etc, etc....

    Its good auld craic and we now have ONE free team up for grabs.

    Its basically much the same as the old championship manager games to play (buy/sell/tactics/etc) only with more additions like press-releases etc etc

    If anyone wants to join our league then theres a free team called "This FC" up for grabs (you can change the name as soon as you take over)

    There's 2 matches per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) but you dont need to be online at the time the match is played.

    If you'd like to try it out then join via the link below and choose to take over This FC (not any other team) and I'll approve your side and you can get cracking.....

    Only room for one free online manager game in my life unfortunately, thats trophymanager.

    Free to set up your own club, is anyone on here on it? I think years ago someone started a topic on IK and that's how the addiction started?

    Ah but you were playing the best side in the division in fairness mate. That's SOUTH's team that bet yee. They're fairly nifty.

    PS - A lot of the reason you lost was down to playing "very offensive". That never ever works away from home, you just get picked to pieces on the break.

    Usually at home I play "normal" or maybe "offensive". And away I always use either "cautious","defensive" or maybe "normal". Never any more attacking than that. It just doesnt work.

    You'll do grand there though. Just taks a few games to get the swing of it. :cool:

    When you're in the game. Click on the "pull-down menu" that says "The curly wurly league" and then click league table, and it will show you all the results and league table.

    Click on your match and you'll get the chance to watch the full match highlights or just a match report. Whichever you prefer.

    You are in for a pleasant surprise. Thats a good team you bet today! Well done. Fantastic start :cool:

    PS - Dont forget to pick yer team and tactics for the next game.

    And click on HELP followed by RULES and you'll get the full online manual if you need to learn yer way around the game :)

    Really, haha, didnt read the match report yet meself. But yer man you bet is a good manager and he's very clued in to the game. That was a great win for you mate.
