Instead of lumping these in with the general tips thread where they'd get burried under all the horse/footie tips....

I was thinkin of going 100 lids on this treble (all football) at evens:

    Dublin win v Laois
    Tyrone win v Monaghan
Louth win v Carlow (the weekend AFTER next)

    100 notes at evens.

Any opinions before I chuck me money away? :)

Louth vs Carlow will be very close. Although I hope Louth hop off them.

I'd go with Dublin and Tyrone -2 myself.

Think Dublin and Louth are bankers, not so sure about Tyrone though but wouldn't be backing against them either..

Yeah its the Tyrone part that has me hesitating. Although then again, thats the main one bringing the odds back up a little as the other 2 are nailed-on favourites.

Balls, I have the bet ready to place and keep chickening out :(

Not sure about Kildare Paddser. They looked poor in the last game.

What about Donegal to beat Cavan instead of going with the Tyrone bet? Anyone know much of Cavan this season?

Donegal should have more than enough for Cavan.

I might do Donegal, Dublin, Tyrone possibly a handicap on them too,.

For a outsider Bet, Place Wexford to Beat Kilkenny in the Hurling.

Dubs will Beat Laois i think.Louth will do Carlow easily enough.

Tough one regarding Meath.I know they have alot of Internal Problems, but i think they will give Kildare a Close Game.Id swerve it Gary as i think it could easily go either way.

Next sunday in Croker will be a cracking Day of Ball.

You can get just over 4/1 backing all the favorites in the football. Bar the Roscommon/Leitrim game

Went with 100 lids on Dublin Win and Tyrone "Qualify". 60 profit if it comes in.

Louth can keep til next weekend and I'll put them in a different accum if this weekend's bet comes home
