Anybody Think/Worried That the Mancs will beat Barca?

I think they have a realistic chance playing at Wembley and hurts me to say but they have answered all questions this season.

 

Only if Barca have a shocker.

 

I'd be happy if both sides play their best because that way barca will batter them. But in a one off game anything can happen. United are a lucky team too. I've seen the mancs in 3 European cup finals and they've only been the better side in one half of football in those three games yet they managed to win two of them. Barca are rightly favourites but it's going to be a tough one for them.

 

If Barca were playing the way they were earlier in the season then they would walk this.I know their league has been wrapped up for some time now but they just look jaded.Their lack of quality on the bench seems to be catching up with them.I think I will avoid this one as I am expecting the worst.

Worrying about other clubs success is not what Liverpool are about if they catch this record we'll have to set a new one. Its high we come out and start defending these records and adding more to them.

Puyol and Abidal back shores up the back four and gives them options off throughe bench I can most certainly see Barca win this one. They have a good record at Wesley also..

 

Barcelona will bend united over and give them a good seeing to imo..they will be rubbing their hands with glee at the wide open spaces of wembley.
mancs will play for penalties..kick the living shite out of messi.. and pray to pox their way to lifting the trophy.What else can they do? they know if they try and match barca it could be over by half time.
They couldnt beat barca with ronaldo+tevez..just cant see it happening this time either.

 

Nothing to worry about, you'll only kill yourself if you worry about them winning it, let it pass you by, personally I think they will win it and that gives me solace, knowing anything other than them winning it will be a bonus.

 

Don't really give a sh*t,because Liverpool are not playing...

 

Barca are the better team but its a cup final so anything can happen. Im sick of listening to the mancs goin on about 19 so yeah, as usual, I really hope they dont win this one.

 

Only worried about the cup final theory that any team can get lucky on on day. If both teams play to their potential, can't see anything but a Barca win, and a handsome one at that. Be nice to see Barca spank them 3-0 or better with nobody sent off, and no dodgy decisions that utd can claim cost them the cup.
Now if it gets to the last 20 minutes with scores level I reserve the right to sweat a bit.

 

I have a sneaky feeling they'll win it. Going to back them to win 1-0 that'll take the edge off the sting of them getting one closer. Plus paddy power are giving your money back if Barca win in 90mins.

I'm not worried. If it happens then it happens and they'll deserve it if they manage to beat that Barca side.

Wembley is a big pitch isn't it? Without looking up the dimensions, it looks a pretty wide pitch. That will suit Barca, the more room they have to knock it around the better.

I've been saying all along that united got a very "kind" run of fixtures to the final. i havent seen them beat anyone that i'd regard as a top-class side yet.
That excuse runs out now, coz Barca are as good as they come nowadays.

Probably the first time they'll meet a truly great side this season in ANY competition. And you just hope that the class tells.

Having said that, I'd much rather Barca were playing them over 2 legs. Anyone can win a one-off final. Ask Wimbledon.

IF they do win it, then they'll have done it by beating the best team in the world and you cant have any arguments.

But without sounding biased, If I had to put my mortgage on a winner then i know I wouldnt be backing the Mancs.

 

So long as the best team on the night wins in and It's a good game I'm not arsed.
Just hope It's not handed to either team by some stupid cnut slipping on his arse though..

Have a terrible feeling that United are going to win it but I pray to God that they don't. Don't think I can handle them celebrating anymore I want them to feel pain....
