can't really comment, only games I've been to were against Liverpool in Cork & Bulgaria at Croke Park (where we asked to sit down) but the atmosphere was awful, think they booed some ex rangers player?
Anyway when they travel what do they sing at the ground or is it all stand up for the boys in green sh1te

Come on you boys in green, same song as Celtic have as well that Derry City also sing. After that not much, atmosphere at Irish games is dreadful to say the least unless your at a game that has a lot riding on it.

Been in the singing section last couple of times and bit of atmosphere there but the empty ground really kills it

Go to all the home games and yeah agree with above and espeacially the mexican waves...wrecks my head..

Atmosphere at Ireland matches is terrible. Only good one I can remember in recent times is the italy game at croker that we drew. Was amazing that day..

Keano, I dream of a team of Kilbanes and other such gems. I remember they had songs printed on sheets of paper in the old landsdowne:eek: I'd imagine the away trips are a buzz alright but home games are painful.

The atmosphere in Paris was the best I've seen we took over the eiffel tower and sang songs for the whole day. Stand up/sit down for the boys in green, steven irelands grannys alive alive oh, we all dream of a team of gary breens etc. I sit in the singing section at aviva there are a good few songs sang there they have started to introduce the likes of depeche mode-just can't get enough. But the "best" of all was during the russia game which was not long after Mick ally died when there was there is only one Mick lally and we hummed the theme tune to glenroe
