    Halleluliah! Been waiting for confirmation that he hasn't left us completlely for a while. All has been very quiet in the Noel camp. Can't wait to hear his solo stuff, some of his acoustic oasis solo stuff are unreal.

    some nuisance id say but the reports the last week or so have say that he recording his solo record in La with The Amorphous Androgynous producing it,
    so expect it to be quite psychedelic

    Im looking forward to it. I'm a big oasis fan but I haven't really taken to beady eye. I've probably always preferred Noel to Liam.

    Im Dying for it,as a Massive Oasis Fan i feel spoilt to have 2 servings now of great music,just will kill my finances more :D

    Agree with you, and it should be interesting to see what Noel comes up with.Id imagine he will call in some of his buddies for some vocals on some of his tracks though.What ever happens i can bet we are in for a treat.

    Will be curious to see who guests on the album. Wont be buying it though.
    As with Morrisey and smiths its about the sum of the parts. Very few artists (Elvis Costello being one) can pull off solo.

    Not forgetting (from the same stock as NG) Weller, Ian Brown, Ashcroft all pulled it off on their own!
    To be honest I really hope he doesn't pull in too many favours from his mates for the first album, I'm just looking forward to a good honest record and I think he'll deliver
