Gary Neville to join Skysports commentary team

Just seen the yellow breaking news bar on the site, if ever there was a reason to get rid of sky it has to be this.....

Think we'll be missing Andy Gray by the end of next season.

i got slated on here a few weeks ago for saying Gray would be missed. we have the likes of Kevin Phillips and Ray Wilkins now. abysmal.

 

Don't understand why they've hired the most biased and hated footballer to commentate for them. How's he going to sound commentating on a Liverpool United game?

 

Cancelled sky sports last week.Looks like I made the right decision will tell sky if they ring asking me to sign up again like they usually do that I won't because of that rat!!

Don't know how he got the job it will be interesting listening to him commentating on us or city

 

I was waiting till the season's end so that's it rubber stamped.

 

Normally don't have Sky Sports might order it in for a few weeks if we are playing a few matches in a row and then get rid, but won't be doing that anymore..

I'll never know what it's like to hear him commentate, because I wont watch while he's there. Simple, as said above, any Liveprool fan would do the same,.

 

Was thinking about cancelling this for the summer as it was as watch alot online

Not watchin that on match days now wat a clown

 

I won't be watching either he is bound to say something about us that gets him fcuked off the station

 

He won't be commentating on our matches

 

Phew thought he was going to replace Bill on RTE and i was getting abit worried.

 

Lads Neville would love to know the "scousers" are fuming with him signing up to Sky, he'd be even more happy to know he's under our skins so much that we're cancelling subscriptions.

Fcuk him - I don't care whether he's there or not, he certainly won't be the reason I stop watching my team on a crystal clear picture.

Also, how great will it be to have him in the studio to watch our resurgence over the next few season's and United's inevitable decline...

 

i hope he commentates on our game next year when we lift number 19

 

I dont know how he has gotten this gig, I know he has done the studio panel a few times getting a commentators position with no experience?

I though Fat Sam was bad.

I know a lot of people dont like Wilkins but I actually do myself and think he should take Grays role because he at least knows his stuff, and has played at the highest level, has worked in different leagues, has managed and done commentary for years.

If I were Sky Id dump him Neville doing Championship games and ban him from ever being able to commentate on Liverpool, Manc or City games.
