Actually said this to one of my mates last week, that injurys are not helping his cause with securing a contract but i still fully believe Kenny will get a 2 year deal (if not longer) and deservably so

2 year deals are enough for any manager (even the king)
I'm sick of seeing clubs (not just ours) paying out huge settlements when managers are sacked.

IMO they will wait till the summer to announce Kenny has the job full time. In the event we miss out on Europe this will raise the spirits of the fans.

I actually cant see NESV giving out any more than a 2 year deal for reason you mentioned and especially when they have come out and spoke against some playing staff on high paying long term contracts

2 years is plenty but i would include option to renew

+1, after the massive payouts both Roy & Rafa got I can't see FSG going down that road again. I'm 100% convinced Kenny will get the contract, but maybe they are waiting until the end of the season and take stock of things.

I think maddock is paid by the word, he just waffles his way along.

Back in the day i thought he was decent but his articles now stink out the place and are generally contradiction after contradiction.

Kenny will be given a 2 year deal which is fair enough.

I think maddock is another one who's suffering with the way the club is run these days ie sources dried up. Long may it continue.
