Anybody else havin probs with sky txt? Everytime i try to use it the screen goes green and the sky plus box shuts off and goes back on to stand by..
Snap. I thought it was the tv on the blink. Happened twice on Saturday and then again last night. All when i was using the Sky text.
I've been having the same problem for about a year with my HD box, Occasionally I would press sky text and the screen freezes and the box shuts off, the same with the red button interactive screen, called Sky during last year but I wasn't around in the morning to let a tech in to look at the box, it went away for a while then came back again 2 months ago, press text and freezing, rang sky , they said €100 for a tech to come and fix because you were out of warranty. Sky believe in better !!!!
Yep happened me on a non HD box 3 or 4 times in the last few days , no probs with the HD box i have in the other room though. Only happened on sky text , bbc etc... all ok. Just pluged out the box & removed the card for a couple of mins , put it back in and restarted - seem to worked. One thing i noticed was that the card was quite hot though
thought was just me but this happened me a few times in last few days lads! whats the fekin story with it! doin me head in
