If Aurelio is fit I reckon we'll stick with a 3-5-2 with him at left wing back and Johnson on the right. Carragher, skrtel and agger(hopefully). Merieles, stevie, lucas and kuyt and suarez. I'd imagine they'll match us up in midfield with Rooney on the left and berbatov up front on his own.

hopefully Chelsea can beat them tonight and have them a bit rattled ahead of Sunday.

the strange thing about Liverpool in recent years is that when the chips are down we go and produce the goods. hopefully this can be the case Sunday. Gerrard had a mare last Sunday - he'll want this one badly on Sunday to derail United's title charge.

It's too early to tell.I wouldn't be surprise if he made the bench.I am picturing it being 1-1 going into the last 10 minutes and he is brought on for Kuyt and he bangs in the winner with his 1st touch.:D

So looking forward to going to the game. Hope to see a good game with a good win. Them having 2 tough games within a few days may/should increase our chances. Hope the players are more into it then they were at WH.

No Vidic or Ferdinand for Sunday, their back up centre backs are not up to IMO, so I think we should beat them. Smalling is having a great season you must admit, but I think a lot of that has been done to having someone like Vidic beside him, who will be beside him on Sunday, Wes Brown!!, or maybe get RatFace out of retirement!!

Would love to get Carroll in there to bully Smalling and an other, with Luis to pick up the breaks.

Hopefully mereiles will be fit, hes been in great scoring form. Think suarez should do well in vidic's absence( if he gets enough support)

Hard to say what will go on here! What we know is Utd are fairly consistent and have only lost twice. We are inconsistent and regularly underperform. We have too many injuries and under performers to be making any big statements for this game! I don't expect to see Carroll so again we look light up from. Suarez will be good but he needs a partner or support from midfield, we haven't been doing it! Can't see there being many goals and if we start slow again and sit back Utd will start without us like West Ham did!!

I understand that it's the scum and our biggest rivals but lets see some of the youth team on the bench or reserves! Sterling, Suso or Pacheco would be worth a punt on the bench. If we're losing bring them on they'd offer more than Jovanovic or Maxi. It would be great experience for them and this is the time to blood them, we're only competing now for sixth.

Here's my guess.... not my first choice, but working with the players who are fit etc....

    -----------Reina-----------
    Johnson Carra Agger Aurelio
    ----------Lucas---------
    Kuyt--Gerrard--Mereiles--Cole
    ---------Suarez---------

    * Carroll to come on as a sub

I'm hoping for a decent win here, preferably 3-0 for us with goals from Suarez, Gerard & Carroll
