Can you not just drag it back to the top, point on a blank part of it, keep it held down and drag back up?

try reset your browser settings..go to Internet options on the corner of the page where it says tools and click advanced Internet settings..click reset browser settings but this will remove the likes of passwords for websites, browser history and so on but nothing major..when you do that reset again and then try and load the page again..let me know how you get on

basically it's the Internet service your using as in firefox or Internet explorer or google chrome...if you can't tell them apart then they have a globe thing where you click on your Internet..firefox has a red/firey globe..ie is blue and chrome is like red and yellow I think..try loading the page and all of these or just unplug your router/modem and see if that helps when you turn it back on
