    Can't be as bad as Didier Baptiste signing for Liverpool. The player didn't even exist only in Dream Team....

    Ronaldinho is hurting Barca. When you see Messi and Eto'o in tandem it's beautiful. ROnaldinho tries 75 stepovers before he does anything, probably a good idea for a change!

    no way he is still quality,think he cud have fallen out with management,to think he wud go to boro is just thick,how cud they repot that,id say he will leave for milan soon

    Not a hope he's going to Boro. Even if he's not what he was, and he does seem to be going through a dip since they won the CL, his market value and probably more importantly his marketing value is worth much more than 15m.

    That's my €0.02 anyways!

    Id imagine this is just something to get Boro in the news, show they're serious about spending money and have ambition. Appeases the fans a bit, and gives a good impression to any other (more realistic) transfer targets they may have.

    Newcastle do it too, put in bids for every half decent player available and then pay over the odds for sub standard players when every player with an IQ in double digits turns them down unless they are greedy and care only about their pay packet

    i wouldnt want him here, he wastes an awful lot of ball and i think the premierleague would be too fast for him, in saying that go back 4 years and id have snapped your hand off at the chance
