I tried them a few months back and suffered palpatations!! Thought my time had come!! Worse feeling in the world Not sure if i have an underlying issue though as have been back and forwawrd for ECG's etc Altho, another lad in work uses them and is grand so.....
I know its only the internet etc but those comments are unreal! I dont claim to be the fittest man in the world by any means but no way would I take pills or shakes to lose weight. No matter what anyone says they just cannot be healthy.
i got advice from a Dublin GAA footballer to take them. He does. I am sure he gets the best nutrition advice available. but i am not going to bother taking them, as i don't really need to take them anyway.
I can guarantee that their nutritionist doesn't recommend it. But I know some take it anyway. There is a lot of caffeine in it, but there are some good ingredients. As far as I know the side effects are very individual and there is only one way to find out !
I finished taking these about 2 months before i got married in 09, helped alot in shifting a lot of weight and stripping fat, then went onto Hydroxicut Hardcore, now these ****ers deffo give you heart palputations and make you think your on your way out... I'd have to say I'd recommend taking these as I founs no problem with them, in fact I'm going to go get a bottle of them in help to shift some weight before x mas
