Have that you prick, Stevie ruined your article today with Thursdays performance Nando has ruined next weeks one, praying we'll lose midweek I bet, you and your lying pricks of mates, secret get out clauses, owners not spending, Agger been frozen out even though he's crocked, whats next? Should we should still sell our best player?
wagwanjiggs @dionobanion Wow, what a shit piece you wrote on Gerrard. Dumb c--- That wasn't you .Was it. I wouldn't let him get to you. He's proved over the last few months what an idiot he really is.
never his biggest fan - he writes some pile of horsesh*t at times. his attitude to roy has been ignorant and biased. hope today shuts him up for a bit. as ive said b4 there's no worse boll*x than a journo with an agenda
well said trucker, never liked that man, so many reds really liked his articles.....reading some of his articles this year it seems like he's a bit sour about roy getting the job and is waiting to have a go at him.
as ive said before i dont pay much attention to all this sh!t. they dont care whether we win or lose. all the headlines tomorrow (including this wankstains article) wont concentrate on how well we played but on how poor chelsea played without some of their top players and how much we rely on torres and gerrard. nothing will be posted about lucas and gerrard dominated their MF or how we dominated the first half and held out comfortably in the second. or on how zirkof should have been sent off in the first 20 mins. He'll say its another false dawn blah blah blah actually im sick of writing about this cnut now!! Not after a great win
some pool fans are hilarious. We hate the red tops cause they print shit,we hate fanning cause he loved rafa(and wrote about Gerrard what many said last season)We must hate Tompkins cause he said Agger was being left out. All journos have agenda's and most are crap anyway so why care. Who have we left?Tony B and Brian Reade?
Exactly, awful sensitive bunch we are. BTW Tony B is a nobody now because he got the Kenny Huang story wrong.
Never liked fanning to be honest but i bet most in here loved him when he had his tongue up rafa's hole whent he rest of the media disliked him. I bet everyone on here was saying he is brilliant! In fact, i remember our game when we beat united at anfield last season and he ahd an article saying if torres plays Liverpool would win and it was posted on here afterwards and heralded as how amazing fanning was. However as soon as he ciritcies you all hate him. Its like alst year if someone ciricised on here, they werent as much a fan as those who didnt.
Have a lot of respect for Fanning in that he's willing to call it as he see's it and does not trot out the sky sports and red tops consensus. I'm not posting here too long but from what I've read of the posts a lot people seem to have enough sense to form there own opinions on the club. You don't have to agree with him but IMO he deserve's some respect for adding some balance to the overall media view.
I gotta say i'm a big fan of Fanning. What i read in his piece on sunday is that NESV will have to make some big decisions. Without the ability to bankroll LFC (as has happened in the past with new owners of Chelsea and City) they will have to rely of a management consensus, similar to the old Boot Room. Consensus only works if there are no weak links in the chain. Roy has not shown that he is the right manager for LFC (hopefully he will prove me and a lot of other 'Pool fans wrong!) and people will look at him as the weak link. The big decision that Henry will have to make in the short term is to find the right man to take us forward ....... maybe that's Jamie Carragher ;-) Remember that King Kenny was 34 when he became manager, Jamie is nearly 33 years of age !! I also agree with him that Roy's signings (with the exception of Meireles) have not improved to the esquad. IMO Fannings 'agenda' is that he is a Liverpool fan !!
I highly doubt anyone means any offence by saying 'Woy' i know I dont, everyone called him that before he was manager,. its not like anyone is calling him a 'fat spanish waiter'. Maybe in a different context the 'Woy' wemark could be considered bad, but his post wasnt exactly a scathing attack on our manager. I've never before seen the above comment, when any player gets a far worse slagging, or Rafa last season or this season got a slagging.
Well said. And also welcome to the site Dubred. Lets go and alienate the few friends/fellow reds we have in the media while we're at it. While I haven't agreed completely with all Fannings points on Gerrard, he's intimated a number of concerns we've all had for some time. Player power has been a problem at this club under many managers now, and would not be (and has not been) tolerated at clubs like Utd, irrespective of talent, over the years. Our mentality towards players needs to change, and as (may have) been proven (if the rumours of two senior players are true (and I'm probably foolishly trying to deny it)) they should only be allowed a certain amount of input. Gerrard needs to concentrate on his game, and his game only - he has failed to step up to plate for much of the last year or so. As much as I love the man, that's an unfortunate reality (though in honesty many have let us down). I can't ignore that on the basis of how I feel about a man who will go down as one of our greatest ever players. I do believe this could change under NESV, and that such won't be tolerated going forward. Maybe I'm being convinced by words only, and they'll never come to fruition - but big changes are needed in the clubs mentality to take us to where we feel we should be. Perhaps Henry is the man to do this. And, as I'm sure many would expect me to say, on Roy, Fannings criticisms are entirely founded and justified. Unfortunately those that in any way assess our managers work on the basis of his exceptionally disappointing behaviour/ability both on and off the pitch, while it more importantly being pointed out his limitations displayed over a 34 year stint in football management, are cast aside as poor supporters. Rational thought is replaced by cries to simply ignore such; accept the situation with no line of reasoning other than being told we 'should'. Everything becomes a straw mans argument on basis of a 'previous manager love-in'. So in Fannings case, he's just a poor journalist now. Probably explains why I've been staying away from certain thread(s). And in time we'll lose friends like Fanning, Reade and Barrett, as we endeavour to destroy them for passionate opinion, warranted criticism, and justifiable concern based on years of poor decision making at the club. As someone on RAWK said recently, we've been fighting so long we don't know how to put the guns down. They're now unfairly pointed at Dion and his ilk.
do you think our manager would find it offensive.? Maybe most don;t but I find it disrespectful. And your tellign me you;ve never seen anyone pulled up for abusing players or Rafa.? Come off it. anyways way off topic./
