Gonna be a hard fought, scrappy, midweek game, but i have nothing but confidence after today, same team as Chelsea should do the job, maybe with the greek coming in instead of Skrtel or Carra, though they dont deserve to be dropped after today. Wigan have only won one game this season so no excuses, 2-0 Reds
I think the confidence should definitely be back now! Any win will do though, let's not get carried away... we play three of the bottom four teams in the next three games and if we play like we can do we should be right back in the mix after west ham. But only if we apply ourselves and work hard. It's these kind of games that we have to go out and show we're the better side, impose ourselves on the opposition and dominate. Nice to have a feel-good factor back. Come on you reds!!
after the result against chelsea its vital tat we dont get 2 confident going into this game... wigan will be a very tough game and we cant get complacent... i'd take 1 nil come on the reds!!!
I would be happy to start the same team on Wednesday. Kelly was superior to the recent form of Johnson. If Kelly plays though I would imagine that there will be no place for Soto.

biggest task for the manager will be bringing the players back down - they nust be (and deserve to be) on cloud 9 but he has to keep them motivated and focussedcoz the atmosphere will be a lot differentat wigan than the cracking atmosphere we had today. hope he gets it right. same team maybe but cole and johnson mite b back and so mite soto who should def be in agaisnt stoke at teh weekent. same team, same attitude and we should win but we havent won there in the last tow attempts so wont be easy
Was in the Submarine in Crumlin yesterday and at Half time they announced they will be showing the Wigan game on Wednesday night..Unfortuntely for me ill be back in the sunny south east, and id imagine no where down there will be showing it. Wigan are a tough team to play against or predict how they will play..They are like a Pick N Mix, you never know what you are going to get from them.. Id take a 1-0 win, and another clean sheet please..
Another tough away like Bolton confidence should be high though. Reina Kelly Carra Skrtel Konchesky Mereiles Gerrard Lucas Maxi Kuyt Torres Same again. 2-0 Liverpool. Wouldn't like to get into the habit of playn Raul out right but should play 442 against Wigan and Lucas deserves his place!
